The Railways of Britain ask persons needing assistance to contact the local station or Train Operating Company(TOC). They would be happy to assist you for whatever needs you require. |

If passengers are unsure as to the number of the station or the TOC to contact, passengers are advised to contact National Rail Enquiries when in the UK on 08457 48 49 50. |

National Rail Enquires have details of all station and TOC contacts. Passengers will then be able to contact stations or TOC’s directly. GNER which operates the London to Edinburgh route via York has a special number to call once in the UK for assistance 08457 225 444. Naturally, if advance notice (24 hours) can be given it will be very helpful in arranging the proper assistance. If the journey is cancelled please advise the Station. Crossing London – London Transport operates a special service called StationLink which utilises buses with low access floors, ramps etc. between all the main London Rail Stations.
