Britain On Track Inc. uses Federal Express for all shipping needs within North America or overseas.

The shipping cost to the United States is $20 USD and $18 CAD in Canada. Please note that different shipping costs apply to overseas orders.

Britain On Track delivers all rail passes within two business days from the date of purchase. However, larger orders may take longer.

All Federal Express packages must be signed for at the time of delivery. Therefore it is important to be at the delivery address provided.

All packages will be given a unique tracking number. You can find this tracking number by logging into your account and viewing the status of your order.

Please note: We are unable to send travel documents to an APO address.
